Mr. Sbarra, I enjoyed your video. Your tips are some of the most essential things that an individual going through divorce can do. I talk to my clients on the regular about this and they all admit to the effectiveness of these tips. Thank you!

But journaling helps me get out what is inside of me, without having someone judging, and giving people gossip. How is it wrong

you don't need a phd for thiss… but marriage is not worth the investment or risk in the present day, and when life turns sour, your best friend is a pilow. the brain is an incredible machine, give it a problem, and it'll find ways to solve it. look after it. enlightenment comes at weird times, under a tree, shower, in the middle of the night, watching youtube… have faith in yourself, and if no one comes along with you, walk it alone. your survival by itself adds utility to this world.

I really like the idea of a watershed moment (like Divorce) being like a fork in the road presenting 2 options, namely:
    1. Obstacles, or
    2. Opportunities

    I know which option I prefer 🙂
